Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
Once verified, we will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear or weather-related wear after installation
- Items returned without prior approval
Please ensure the product is suitable for your needs before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items purchased at full price are eligible for returns or exchanges within 90 days of delivery. These items are also covered by our 12 -month product delivery warranty, which protects against manufacturing defects or faults under normal use.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted offers are not eligible for the 90-day return period or 12-month warranty. For these items, any faults or issues must be reported within 21 days of delivery so our support team can review the issue and provide assistance if applicable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
